As a result, we ensure efficient and timely deliveries for your convenience. Under normal circumstances, you can expect your packages to be delivered to your doorstep within 7 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the custom clearance process, and we have observed that New York processing might experience a slightly longer duration. Remarkably, our customers in the US, despite being 8000 miles away from Warsaw, will receive their packages faster than those in the EU, depending on the destination countries.

When shipping overseas parcels, we will handle them as registered priority parcels, enabling you to receive confirmation of their posting. To facilitate easy tracking, each shipment comes with a Tracking Number, which allows you to monitor its status using Poczta Polska eMonitoring system in Poland. Additionally, some foreign operators, such as USPS and Royal Mail, also accept the same Tracking Number for tracking purposes.
However, we regret to inform our customers in Canada and Australia that their local postal services do not register and apply international tracking numbers in their systems. Therefore, for shipments to these destinations, tracking will only be available through Poczta Polska's eMonitoring service.
As we offer our registered international shipping service, we kindly request you to be aware of an important requirement for the successful delivery of your parcels. For this shipping option, a signature will be required upon delivery, ensuring the utmost security of your package. Consequently, the parcel will not be left unattended in your postbox if you happen to be away from home during the delivery attempt. In the event that you are not available to receive the delivery, a postal worker will leave a notice specifying the attempted delivery. We kindly ask you to rearrange a convenient meeting for the delivery by using the USPS website or contacting them directly. Alternatively, you can collect your parcel at your nearest local post office. We understand that adhering to these measures may require some additional effort, but they are essential to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your cherished items.
